Traveling in Costa Rica with students

I am not even sure how many times I've been to Costa Rica.  I usually go there to surf and do very little else.  This year, I am bringing 15 students with me and we are traveling to different areas and volunteering with children in a local enrichment program in the beach town of Samara.  It's going to be a very different kind of trip for me, and I'm so excited to see one of my favorite countries through the eyes of my students. 

Will they love it as much as I do?  Will they be stunned by the landscape?  Will they enjoy the easy-going nature of Costa Rican life?  Will they discover things about themselves by traveling in this wonderful country that is very different from the United States? I will find all of that out in January, when we spend January 10-20 exploring some amazing places in this special country.
